The new dedicated flatbed joins CMYUK’s portfolio of world class print production technology that will be showcased at its 3-day Open House event from 7th – 9th February.
High volume production
Designed to address the high-volume UV flatbed market, the Mimaki JFX600-2513 is engineered for greater industrial speeds and productivity with output up to 200 sq.m per hour. It does this through the incorporation of 16 printheads that make it the fastest model in Mimaki’s product stable – up to 330% quicker than its predecessor, the JFX500-2131. To keep productivity at a maximum, an option for large 3ltr ink supply is also available.
Seventh generation UV
The JFX600-2513 represents the seventh generation of Mimaki UV LED technology development. With versatility at its core, it significantly increases the service offerings of any sign making business through an expanded applications range that includes interior/exterior signage, display graphics, and interiors.
With a maximum printing size of 2500mm x 1300mm, its vacuum table supports media thicknesses of up to 60mm and is compatible with standard size signboards. The JFX600-2513 prints directly to a wide range of popular rigid substrates including Dibond, Foamex, acrylic, cardboard, glass, wood, and metal.
Inks are developed with environmental sensitivity and are certified as GREENGUARD Gold, providing vibrant, intense colours plus white, clear, and primer. Its ‘2.5D’ multi-layered printing provides raised textured effects for high-value, tactile applications, adding value to print and offering greater creative potential.
