Antalis has announced the winner of its #GetCreative competition designed to provide a happy distraction for children – and a moment’s respite for parents –
while schools are closed.

Antalis has launched a range of PPE solutions to protect people working in healthcare, retail, supermarkets, warehouses and other commercial environments from COVID-19. It supports the company’s full range of visual communication materials for use in the production of signage and for solutions such as protective screens, booths and sneeze guards.

Antalis has been proactively assisting both customers and charitable organisations at this critical time supplying much needed essential materials and packaging. Antalis provides products to the nation’s crucial industries and care services such as the NHS, local authorities, education, food retailers and pharmaceutical companies.

With PPE reported to be in short supply for the country’s NHS and care staff, Antalis was only too happy to respond to a call for help from a customer who is putting their design and production know-how to use in producing protective face masks.

Completion of the process aimed at putting in place a new shareholding structure for Antalis with the signing of a binding put option agreement by Kokusai Pulp and Paper for the purchase of all the shares held by Sequana, Antalis’ majority shareholder, a share purchase agreement for the purchase of all the shares held by Bpifrance Participations, as well as a restructuring agreement with Antalis and the lenders of its existing syndicated credit facility. Upon completion of the announced transactions, Kokusai Pulp and Paper will launch a simplified cash tender offer on all remaining shares of Antalis.

One of Europe’s leading suppliers of Visual Communication substrates will be showcasing its extensive portfolio of sustainable materials for use in retail store design, POS and marketing at this year’s VM & Display show, which takes place on 28 and 29 April at London’s Business Design Centre (Stand D10).

Following the news that Antalis now has the ability to carbon offset any product across its market-leading papers, packaging and visual communication range, they have Carbon Balanced the entire Arjowiggins Creative Papers range – right to a customer’s door.

Antalis launched its new, interactive online product selector tool, SUBSTR8, back in May 2019 and has recently announced exciting site developments have been added which will further enhance the visitor experience. New features will also make choosing and selecting large format substrates for interior and exterior projects even simpler.

Since launching Xanita Print to the UK market in 2019, Antalis has received an overwhelmingly positive response from Visual Communications customers looking for a sustainable board alternative for use in POS, exhibition, display and signage production.

Antalis UK has announced that all material purchased from across its papers, packaging and visual communications ranges can now be carbon offset, with some paper ranges already supplied as fully carbon balanced.

Antalis Interior Design Award entry ‘Sanctuary House’ is a great example of how Coala large format digital media is helping printers and signmakers venture into new markets.

In response to increasing demand from customers looking for more sustainable alternatives to plastic-based products, Antalis’ Visual Communications division has introduced Katz Display Board to its ever-growing sustainable product portfolio.

Pupils at a Staffordshire primary school have created a collaborative display on British values thanks to a donation of Libra board from Antalis and cutting services from Zund.

The second Antalis Interior Design Award is now open for entries. Aimed at interior designers, architects, printers, brand owners and design schools, the awards celebrate the use of customisable visual media in interior design projects around the world.

The Antalis Interior Design Award, established in 2017 by Antalis Europe’s leading distributor of paper and visual communication solutions, is a celebration of the use of visual media in interior design projects around the world.

Antalis has introduced Triaprint®, their latest addition to the Antalis sustainable product range. Manufactured by IPB, the extruded polypropylene sheet consists of three layers with a cell structured core and smooth top and bottom layer, both corona treated, making it ideal for screen and UV digital printing.

As Europe’s leading distributor of paper, packaging and visual communications, Antalis has long had a focus on sustainability and the environment, and a product range and knowledge of the topic that is the envy of the industry. Making purchasing decisions based on environmental impact was, until recently, relatively niche. But now sustainability, the impact of the sourcing and disposal of products, and the need to make greener choices throughout a complete project is on the top of a client’s shopping list.

Antalis has launched SUBSTR8, a new, interactive online product selector tool that makes choosing and selecting large format substrates for interior and exterior projects simple. SUBSTR8 was launched recently and originally previewed at Sign and Digital UK.

Since launching Xanita board to the UK market earlier this year, Antalis has received an overwhelmingly positive response from Visual Communications customers looking for a sustainable alternative for use in POS, exhibition, display and signage production.

Since opening its doors just a year ago, Antalis’s Smart Packaging Centre has helped over 50 customers to find solutions to their packaging challenges.

Antalis has launched new Coala Textiles, a range of coated polyester printable textiles for signage and decoration. An addition to the Coala range of large format digital media, the introduction of textile products comes in response to the increasing trend for bespoke and personalised signage and decoration in commercial and residential environments.
