Roland DG has introduced a second new textile inkjet printer - Texart XT-640 - featuring dual print heads for high-speed performance at print speeds up to 63m2/h. The company says its new XT-640 is designed especially for the production of colourful fashion, sports apparel, interior design and soft signage, and comes bundled with ErgoSoft Roland Edition RIP software, developed especially by ErgoSoft for this printer.

A new range of digitally printable textiles is now available from Amari Digital Supplies (ADS). They are manufactured in Germany by JM Technical Textiles and carry the Mediatex trademark brand.

Mimaki has announced it will be introducing a brand-new super-fast 1.8m roll-to-roll direct-to-textile inkjet printer at ITMA in Milan next month.
