It’s just a few weeks to go before TheIJC (The Inkjet Conference) opens its doors for the 5th edition. With over 500 participants, it is the world’s leading platform for all those involved in inkjet engineering and chemistry. Three tracks and 61 technical presentations update the audience on the latest developments and technologies, whilst the networking area with 80 tabletops provides the environment to discuss projects with potential suppliers and partners. The conference takes place on 16-17 October 2018 at Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf.

Roland DGA has announced reduced pricing on two print heads offered for some its most popular wide-format inkjet printers. Now in effect, the new lower prices enable Roland owners throughout North and South America to save up to 30 percent on each replacement print head.

Xaar plc has announced a collaboration with leading industrial printhead solution provider Meteor Inkjet Ltd to produce an inkjet development kit and commercial drive electronics set for the Xaar 1201 printhead. The specially developed ecosystem from Meteor enables OEMs who use the Xaar 1201 to develop printers for the graphics and textiles market to maximise the printhead performance.
