Top Value Fabrics announced today it has completed the integration for the acquisition of Pacific Coast Fabrics. The acquisition expands the company’s product offerings and strengthens its West Coast distribution network for printable textiles.

With the acquisition of Netherland-based Van Son Liquids B.V., Siegwerk is further expanding its water-based ink business and thereby strengthening its product and service portfolio for packaging printers.

Prism Inks, Inc., based in Sunnyvale, California and Graphics One, based in Sun Valley, California are announcing that AD International, LLC, a division of Prism Ink has acquired Graphics One effective July 5, 2017.

Spandex continues its global expansion with the latest in a series of acquisitions, the latest being Proga Plastics, a Dutch supplier of rigid materials for graphics producers, thereby adding rigid media products to Spandex's portfolio of materials as well as bespoke cutting capabilities to customers across the Netherlands.
