OKI Europe launch Augmented Reality App to open up a world of instore print applications to retailers19 Oct 2018
OKI Europe Ltd today announced the launch of its new smartphone app, the ‘OKI AR Showroom’ at VISCOM Italia. This innovation enables customers to visualise OKI’s devices as well as high impact visual communications materials in their own environments through the use of Augmented Reality (AR).
OKI is participating in BuildTech 2018 from the 22th to 24th of October. The company – a global leader in B2B printing technology from Japan – will give show visitors the opportunity to view the Teriostar LP-1040-MF, which is one of two engineering printer models now available in Singapore. Also on display will be the C911dn, a versatile colour A3+ digital LED printer that has a multitude of uses for print. The annual tradeshow, which is being held at the Singapore EXPO, is expected to attract visitors from the architecture, interior design and building industries. Visitors can find OKI at Hall 3, Booth J09.

OKI Europe is expanding into the label printer market with the launch of two new label printers, the Pro Series 1040 and 1050, to the ever expanding OKI Europe portfolio.
OKI is the undisputed winner in the printer category according to German consumers, receiving the title of ‘the most popular customer brand of 2018’. This large-scale survey has taken place annually for the past five years by Focus Money and the German Institute for Quality and Finance, and evaluates millions of publications on social media from various sources. The survey, conducted over a 12-month period, garnered 53 million customer votes and is the largest consumer based survey on brand strength, in Germany.
