Sign Rite Grafix, UK-based designers and printers of creative graphics and decals to the commercial and fleet vehicle industries is winning new customers thanks to the deployment of its new HP Latex 365 printer.

French software company Caldera can confirm that it’s market-leading RIP, Caldera Version 11.2, has qualified for full certification for driving the HP Latex R series of printers. The HP RIP certification is awarded to differentiate RIP partners who reach a specific and superior level of integration, compatibility and performance with the HP device in question. Only third-party companies that can demonstrate conformity across a range of criteria are awarded HP Latex certified status. The certification recognizes that Version 11.2 can fully support HP Latex R series printers for functionalities including printing performance, media management, printer reporting, job generation, job management and application center integration.

HP have expanded its hybrid HP Latex R Printer Series with the R1000 Printer for rigid and flexible printing. Designed for a variety of hybrid applications including signage and displays, the growing portfolio offers choice, value, and versatility while featuring innovative technologies including HP Latex Rigid Printing Technology and HP Latex White Ink.

CompanyBox has announced the purchase of a new HP PageWide C500 Press to produce high-quality digital post-print corrugated packaging. The investment supports CompanyBox’s all-digital plant strategy to meet brands’ demand for greater flexibility in corrugated boxes and displays.

Color-Logic has certified the HP Indigo demonstration center in Singapore. Confirming the certification, Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves commented: "Color-Logic has inspected a variety of samples printed at the Singapore HP demonstration center on the HP Indigo 6900 with the new HP silver ink. Using the HP Indigo silver ink, the HP Indigo 6900 prints faithfully reproduced all of the Color-Logic decorative effects and the 250 new metallic colors we create. The HP Singapore demo center certification will permit HP printers, agencies, and brands to see what is really possible with the Color-Logic design software and HP silver ink on the HP Indigo 6900, as well as how HP white ink performs on other HP commercial and label and packaging presses."
