FASTSIGNS International, Inc., franchisor of FASTSIGNS®, the leading sign, graphics and visual communications franchise, announced it has signed a Master Franchise Agreement with the Famalco Group to open 16 new centers throughout Malta, Italy and Greece over the next several years. FASTSIGNS has experienced a surge in franchise development and international growth this year fueled by its ongoing success, opening 25 centers across the U.S., Canada, and England so far in 2017, as well as signing 26 franchise agreements to develop additional new, co-branded, and conversion locations worldwide.
Fastsigns UK says it will have 23 operational UK centres by the end of the first quarter in 2017, and has plans to open at least a further eight this year. According to UK managing director John Davies, the outlook is positive after a successful 12 months.
FASTSIGNS franchise owner Mark Davies has put the pedal to the metal by reaching a podium finish in a Ginetta Supercup car race. Davies recently finished third in the Ginetta Supercup’s race at Oulton Park racing track and is on course for more success as the competition continues.
FASTSIGNS has unveiled more details on its UK growth strategy as it aims to double its number of franchises by 2018. As part of the growth strategy, the company is looking to target more high-visibility locations, including major arterial roads, rather than high street stores.
