Caldera has announced that HP has confirmed that its V11 RIP suite has passed the variety of print tests needed to achieve certification for use with HP’s Latex 500 series printers.
Caldera is working in partnership with Swiss printer manufacturer Lüscher-Tschudi on an OEM version of Caldera’s GrandRIP+ to drive the company’s 3.2m textile printer, the T-REX 320.
Caldera says its V10 RIP suite is now fully integrated with the full range of wide-format print finishing equipment from the French manufacturer Kala. Owners of Kala laminators and cutters can, by using the Caldera RIP with the Trim-O-Matik module, exploit the full capability of their machinery.
