The launch edition of Labelexpo Southeast Asia – the biggest label and package printing event in the region – has exceeded all expectations, with 7,934 attendees from 62 countries flocking to BITEC in Bangkok, Thailand for the three day show from 10-12 May. Exhibitor rebookings for the next edition in 2020 already stand at 42 percent – the highest following a Labelexpo event launch to date.

Ian Woodhead, managing director of Sudbury based ‘one stop label shop’ Anglia Labels, is delighted with his latest investment in a 5 colour Domino N610i ink jet label press. The Domino press was installed in February 2018 and Ian reveals, “Within just one month of installation, we had improved our lead times and quality, and reduced our running costs, and we were already printing 25% of our turnover on the Domino press.”

Color-Logic has certified the HP Indigo 6900 digital press with silver ink for label and packaging applications. Confirming the certification, Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves said: "Silver ink on the HP Indigo 6900 press, when used with the Color-Logic Process Metallic Color System, yields great advantages for brands requiring labels or shrink film packaging.
