The Printing Charity is making a final call for entries to this year’s Print Futures Awards, which are grants of up to £1,500 open to UK residents aged 18 to 30 years, supporting workplace skills and routes into employment in the UK printing, paper, packaging, publishing, and graphic arts sector.

Winners of the 2018 Print Futures Awards for people aged 18 to 30 years were presented with their Awards at an event at the House of Lords on 26 July kindly hosted by Lord Black of Brentwood, Deputy Chairman of the Telegraph Media Group and President Emeritus of The Printing Charity.

Four retired printers living at The Printing Charity’s sheltered home, Beaverbrook House, recently visited BCQ Group in Buckinghamshire to gain an insight into what print looks like today.

The Printing Charity is calling for entries to the 2018 Print Futures Awards. Grants of up to £1,500 are available to help people aged 18 to 30 years pay for recognised UK training courses for careers in the UK printing, paper, publishing, packaging and graphic arts sectors or to develop their existing workplace skills in those sectors.
