Epson America, Inc. have announced Best Label Inc., a privately-owned label manufacturer on the West Coast with facilities in Mexico and California, has purchased and installed the Epson SurePress® L-6034VW to expand their short-run label printing offerings for customers in several markets, including food, beverage, health, beauty, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, sports, automotive, agricultural, and chemical manufacturing. Best Label purchased the SurePress to produce high-quality, custom, pressure-sensitive labels printed on a variety of media.

After 83 years in the same Oslo location Sturlason AS Polyfoto has relocated to larger premises. At the same time it has updated the way it prints images with a SureColor SC-P10000 wide-format photographic printer.

Harrogate signage and graphics company AD Bell Sign Systems has started the year with its first Epson printer, the Epson SureColor SC-S80600 ten-colour solvent inkjet system. Epson have announced it will host its fourth annual Epson Digital Couture Project on Feb. 6, 2018, leading up to Fashion Week in New York City. Epson has announced a new direct-to-garment printer, capable of making high-quality full colour prints on a range of items including t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts and tote bags. Seiko Epson Corporation will invest approximately 16 billion yen to build a new building (named Innovation Centre Building B) on the campus of its Hirooka Office, in the city of Shiojiri in Nagano, Japan.
