Moshiko Levhar (pictured) is the business development manager for HP Scitex EMEA. In these two short videos Mr. Levhar takes us through the salient points of the new HP Scitex FB7600 flat bed with multi-loader and tells us everything we need to know about its enhanced productivity, POP quality output and more.
In this first video he suggests we think of the FB7600 as if it were a digital screen line, but with much higher productivity and low cost per copy. This, he says, is why the FB7600 was designed; to be equally as versatile as screen printing but with rapid job turnaround for a broad range of applications onto a range of flexible and rigid media.
What is appealing about the HP Scitex FB7600 is it features a variety of productivity enhancements including in-line saturation control for backlit applications, hot folders and a job queue. The optional multisheet loader (seen here in both videos) can also print up to 95 full boards an hour and features a particularly interesting new point-of-purchase print mode that produces 55 full boards an hour to indoor quality, and it is around this subject that Mr. Levhar takes questions from the floor during a live print demonstration.
HP launched the FB7600 at the recent SGIA Expo 2011 to provide print service providers higher productivity, the versatility to handle a wider range of applications and the ability to meet the growing demand for shorter runs more quickly. They seem to have done an excellent job. What do you think?
