Jeffrey Jacobson named Head of Xerox Global Graphic Communications

Jeffrey Jacobson, former Chief Executive Officer of Presstek, has been appointed president of Xerox Global Graphic Communications. Jacobson assumes a new role at Xerox that focuses on worldwide strategy, operations, product development, marketing, sales and support of Xerox’s production systems portfolio and related software and workflow offerings.
Presstek’s board of directors has elected Stanley E. Freimuth to replace him as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 13, 2012.
Mr Freimuth previously spent nearly 25 years with the global imaging giant Fujifilm, where he initially ran the company’s US graphic systems business for 17 years and went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for all Fujifilm businesses in the US.
Presstek also announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Arnon Dror Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective February 9, 2012. Mr. Dror replaces Jeffrey A. Cook, who is leaving the Company to accept a new position.
