Egypt building wrap and builder hoarding

Here’s an amazing looking (and big) building wrap produced by Project Print Management (PPM) for the Egyptian Cultural Centre and Education Bureau building in Mayfair, London while it was undergoing renovation.

The Building wrap was digitally printed onto a PVC mesh material using the company’s HP Scitex solvent printer. The building wrap was to be on tow elevations which went around a 90 degree bent and the client wanted the face of the building wrap to be as smooth as possible.

Justin Murray of PPM says: “Working on this project did take its time due to the unrest in Egypt which naturally had a knock on effect to the UK. We had to work closely with the scaffolding contractor to ensure the scaffolding structure was suitable for a one piece building wrap, which they did perfectly.”

The builder’s hoardings were digitally printed on PPM’s UV Inca Spyder flat bed printer onto a 3mm aluminium composite panel.
