Here’s what the super soaraway Sun was saying about Tim Berners-Lee’s incredible gift to mankind some twenty years ago.

I’d give anything to know who the twat was that made the snarky comment comparing the Internet to a Sinclair C5. It just goes to prove that the red tops really didn’t have much of a clue.

Tim Berners-Lee’s mother was my wife’s maths teacher. Small world.
