PaperlinX chairman Harry Boon resigns

PaperlinX chairman Harry Boon has resigned as chairman and non-executive director along with two non-executive directors, Lyndsey Cattermole and Anthony Clarke effective from 28th September.

The move follows the recent departure of CEO Toby Marchant who resigned in July after it was revealed the company had more than doubled its losses by a staggering 147% over the previous year’s loss of $108m. According to the Australian online trade press website i-grafix.com PaperlinX, under Marchant’s four year stewardship, lost more than a billion Australian dollars.

PaperlinX is not making any comments on the resignations, but is expect to make further announcements about additional appointments to the board within the coming weeks.
