Spandex to host open house conference, workshops and exhibition
Spandex is set to host its annual Open House event at its premises in Bristol on November 7th and 8th 2012. The event is aimed at providing graphic arts PSPs with practical advice to help grow their businesses through a mix of conference, workshops and exhibition featuring the leading brands in wide format printing.
The event will offer digital print professionals the opportunity to be introduced to new ideas to grow and transform their business through conferences, practical expert advice, hardware and materials demonstrations, workshops and other activities.
“Feedback from previous events tells us that visitors value the extensive learning opportunities and the friendly atmosphere of our Open Houses”, says Leon Watson, UK general manager. “The 2012 event is geared towards offering ideas, advice and practical support that will help visitors to widen their service capability and improve sales and profitability.”
A highlight of the event will be the ‘Do it Yourself Digital Marketing’ conference by expert consultant Cat Young. The conference will reveal the secrets of Digital Marketing including Social Media and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and how businesses can implement these on a very limited budget. Attendees are also invited to sign up for a one-to-one consultation with Cat.
A range of ‘touch and try’ workshops will equip visitors with practical tools to help them identify new business opportunities and develop their range of services. Hands-on workshops include Vehicle Wrapping, Banner Finishing and Display Solutions, Modular Sign Systems, Textile Marking and Edge Media Applications.
